In the Streets of Xiamen, China

I always wanted to travel the world, but of course I can only do it one at a time and I still don’t know when I can cover all the places. But for now I would like to show you a place where the great wall and kung fu came from, China. Last November 9 to 19 of 2012, I was able to have a trip to Xiamen, China.

How did it happened? I was just surfing on my regular day, and came across to the website of Cebu Pacific. Saw that, there’s a 1 Peso fare going to asian countries, specifically Xiamen, China. It was 2 months early, and its good because I have to apply for the Chinese visa.

But anyway, I got the ticket and I got the Visa.

So the date came and there I was, arriving in Xiamen Airport at 12mn.

The first morning, I took a walk in the streets near the place I rented. So here it is, in the streets of Xiamen, China.

Hope you enjoy.

This is the first morning walk where I was taken to see the market near the apartment I am staying. Just a few blocks away and you’ll see this busy street. It was a nice morning walk, because I was able to see the neighborhood.

The next photos are the streets where you will find new architectures and shopping stores.

What I enjoyed in this area, is that the area near the shopping places are closed for vehicles and the whole streets are for people to walk. A friend told me that during morning the whole street is for people but when the evening comes all cars and taxi can enter.

This is just my first morning in Xiamen, China. I will post more of the adventures and trips I made in Xiamen, China on my next post.
