When February strikes, it also means that the Flower Festival or Panagbenga Festival from Baguio City also starts. One of the attractions of the Flower Festival (Panagbenga) 2013 is the Landscaping Competitions that is located in the Burnham Park.
You can view different bed of flowers and different arrangement. The beauty and the colors of the flowers makes the park Bloom. If you love flowers and landscaping a garden you surely don’t want to miss this. Here are some of the photos from the Landscape Competitions of the Flower Festival (Panagbenga) 2013 of Baguio City.
